How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches at our Florida facility and ship them immediately to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible. Each bag is stamped with a roast date for transparency.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer domestic and international shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your flavored coffees sugar-free and keto-friendly?
Yes! Our flavored coffees are guilt-free. They contain no added sugars, no carbs, and are gluten-free, making them perfect for keto and vegan lifestyles.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Absolutely. Our 'Subscribe & Save' program allows you to have your favorite blends delivered on your schedule (every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks) at a discounted rate. You can pause or cancel anytime.
